Return Policy

stand behind our 30-day, money back guarantee with no questions
asked; however, due to the sensitive hygienic nature of the Soap
Cinch®, only those packages / tubes that are unopened (having
the exterior packaging AND the security seal intact / un-tampered
with) will be eligible for a refund. Returns must also be accompanied
with a copy of the purchase receipt and the return package must
also be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the original purchase
date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender
and are not refundable. Refunds will gladly be issued to all returns
that meet the above criteria for the full purchase price. Wholesale
and bulk orders are also subject to these same return criteria’s
with the exception of an additional 10% restocking fee that will
